The complete bike must be certified according to EN15194 to be sold in Europe. We only sell to professional and well-established manufacturers active in the bike business.

Zehus is NOT an ebike producer. Zehus is a manufacturer of ebike systems, including motors, batteries and controllers. Our key products are The All In One and the new sport hub, which are advanced powertrains for e-bikes that helps you in reducing your pedaling effort. The systems are compliant to the EU laws on Electric Pedal Assisted biCycle (EPAC).

he average range of The All In One is around 35 km in turbo mode and depends on many factors such as:
• Chosen operational mode
• Tire pressure
• Road conditions and route profile
• Head winds and ambient temperature
• Weight of the driver and luggage
• Age and using condition of the battery pack
• Rider pedalling effort

If correctly stored and used, the battery pack for The All In One is rated to last up to 15.000 km
The All In One has to be stored at the right temperature. The battery pack life can be maximized by following the rules for a correct storage and handling.
Store The All In One in a well-ventilated location, dry if possible. Protect the hub from moisture and water. The optimal storage temperature is +20°C and the bike must be stored between -40°C and +60°C.
It is preferred not to leave the bike under the direct sunlight during hot summer days.
In case of malfunctioning your battery pack will have to be replaced. Please refer to a Zehus retailer to have your battery pack replaced.
Note: when not using the bike for long periods it is recommended to charge the battery pack to 60% and to check the battery condition at every month. Before using the bike after a long period it is recommended to fully charge the battery.
The new sport hub can be equipped with different batteries with different capacities.
The average range of the sport hub depends on many factors such as:
• Chosen operational mode
• Tire pressure
• Road conditions and route profile
• Head winds and ambient temperature
• Weight of the driver and luggage
• Age and using condition of the battery pack
• Rider pedalling effort
Examples of average ranges:
250wh in turbo mode up to 65 km
340wh in turbo mode up to 90 km
480wh in turbo mode up to 120 km
The motor assists the rider up to 25 km/h with a maximum power of 250W and only if you are pedalling. Furthermore, it no longer recuperates for safety reasons as soon as the engine reaches 25km/h.
In US the motor assists the rider up to 32 km/h and with a maximum power of 250W just if you are pedaling.
Contrary to the “Bike” model in which the KERS is manual, the “Bike +” is more advanced as it embeds additional sensors (Slope, IMU, accelerometers) that are needed to feature a smart patented power mode with automatic energy reccuperation.
A smart power mode patented by Zehus automatically decides when to give or ask energy to the rider. In BIKE model, energy reccuperation must be triggered manually by the rider.
The All In One is rated for IPx5 Protection. Zehus system may not be immersed in water or cleaned with high pressure cleaner (IPx5 rating). Please use a soft, damp cloth to clean the hub.

Congratulations to your purchase! In order to get started with your new bike, please follow the instructions for “A. BIKE / BIKE+” or “B. FOOTBIKE”:
A. If you are owner of a BIKE / BIKE+:
1. Charging: Remove the protection cap, plug the cable and wait for the green LED to complete the charge.
2. App pairing: In order to use all possible functions of the Zehus system, please download “Bitride-MyBike” for Serial number BXXXXXX and “Bitride connect” for Serial number 90XXXXXXXX, open the App and follow the procedure to register and pair your vehicle
Important note for BIKE+ owner: the App is mandatory in order to perform the calibration procedure (correct behaviour of slope sensors), It is recommended to repeat this process every 2-3 months.
3. Turning on: Lift the bike and make the wheel spin while standing still or simply start pedalling
4. Activation: When The All In One is turned on, the motor assistance is not yet activated for safety reasons. In order to activate the motor assistance, you must perform all the following steps:
– Ride the bike and reach 8 km/h
– Pedal backwards 3 times to activate the assistance. For all serial numbers 90XXXXXXXX you can also use your external device (Bitride Connect App, Remote Controller).
5. How it assists: The motor assists the rider up to 25 km/h and with a maximum power of 250W just if you are pedalling. As soon as you stop pedalling, the motor will stop pushing.
6. Turning off: The All In One automatically turns off when no activities are detected within 2 minutes (10 minutes if connected to a smartphone), in order to reduce the idle battery use. The All In One also turns off when you unplug the charger from the charging port.
B. If you are owner of a FOOTBIKE:
1. Charging: Remove the protection cap, plug the cable and wait for the green LED to complete the charge.
2. App pairing: In order to use all possible functions of the Zehus system, please download “Bitride-MyBike” for Serial number BXXXXXX and “Bitride connect” for Serial number 90XXXXXXXX, open the App and follow the procedure to register and pair your vehicle
3. Turning on: Lift the bike and make the wheel spin while standing still or simply kick with your foot from the ground to start riding
4. Activation: When The All In One is turned on, the motor assistance is not yet activated for safety reasons. In order to activate the motor assistance, you must reach 6 km/h. For all serial numbers 90XXXXXXXX you can also use your external device (Bitride connect App, Remote Controller).
5. How it assists: The motor assists the rider up to 20 km/h and with a maximum power of 250W just if you are pedalling. As soon as you stop kicking, the motor will stop pushing.
6. Turning off: The All In One automatically turns off when no activities are detected within 2 minutes (10 minutes if connected to a smartphone), in order to reduce the idle battery use. The All In One also turns off when you unplug the charger from the charging port.
It is recommended to gather first experience with BIKE All In One away from roads with heavy traffic.

Before contacting us, please follow our troubleshooting guideline below:
– Is the battery charged?
– Is the power mode set on off mode?
– Is the hub locked? Check in your Bitride Connect App.
– Is the charger unplugged? Make sure to unplug before starting your ride.
– Please try to register your All In One again:
1) Disconnect the bike from the bluetooth.
2) Delete the app and reinstall it
3) Follow the instructions from the question “I just bought a (foot-) bike with a Zehus system, how do I start?”
– For BIKE+: did you already retry the calibration procedure?

To charge The All In One, simply remove the protection cap from the charging connector and plug in the Zehus charger. Then connect the Zehus charger to a power outlet (110 – 240 V).
The charging time is approximately 3 hours for a complete charge. While The All In One is charging the charger LED must turn RED. When The All In One is completely charged, the charger LED turns GREEN.

The All In One is rated for IPx5 Protection. Please, keep The All In One hub clean. Clean it with a soft, damp cloth. The All In One may not be immersed in water or cleaned with high pressure waterjet.
DO NOT use a high pressure water jet to clean BIKE+ All In One. For battery substitutions and repairs on the hub, please refer to your bike’s dealer.
Your safety is important to us. We from Zehus are committed to comply with laws and regluations for eBikes: any unauthorized modification or so called “tuning” on the bike can damage the motor as well as put the rider and others in potential risk. In such a case Zehus warranty conditions shall not apply.
The motor assists the rider up to 25 km/h with a maximum power of 250W and only if you are pedaling. If you push enough with your legs you can reach also speeds above 25 km/h. In this case The All In One behaves like a regular muscolar bike!
It is possible to connect a SIGMA display to the Zehus system.
Currently the supported models are:
– EOX View 1300
– ROX 2.0
– ROX 4.0
– ROX 11.1
The devices share the information through Bluetooth and show the information of the Zehus system without the possibility to modify them.

Zehus Remote Controller is a removable handlebar device that allows you to:
• Turn ON/OFF the bike without having to take your hands off the handlebar
• Change power modes on the go
• Activate KERS
• Activate BOOST function: motor power temporarily increases to 500W with 40 Nm of torque while BOOST button is pressed.
• Monitor one between battery state of charge, motor power or bike speed Zehus remote controller has 3 buttons, 6 LED indicators and 1 RGB status LED. It also integrates a Buzzer that signals when it is turning on (single beep) or when it is turning off (double beep).

You can connect your Remote Controller for all serial numbers 90XXXXXXXX of The All In One hub.
If you are currently using the App “Bitride Connect” to for your ebike, your Zehus system is compatible with the Remote Controller.
If you are currently using “BITRIDE – MY BIKE” for your ebike, your Zehus system is not compatible with the Remote Controller.

The remote controller can be used for up to 9 charging cycles of the AIO hub without being charged. This corresponds to a usage time of approx. 15 hours. If the remote controller is not used constantly, a monthly charge is recommended. The charging time is about 1 hour.
